What is included in the products, and what format do they come in?
All our procedures come in Microsoft Word format. They are a base document that you can make your own by adding your logo and business name. Take a section out if it’s not relevant to operations and add extra detail about the way you do things.
The format of our procedures covers:
- Overview of the topic and purpose of the procedure
- Transport activities and public risk – we have identified how your operations could create a public risk
- Scope confirms what the procedure applies to
- Definitions or terms and abbreviations used in the procedure
- Procedure – This section describes the actions you take to ensure your operations are compliant with the vehicle operations requirements and you eliminate or minimise exposure to public risk that could be created by your transport activities.
- Responsibilities for completing the actions described in the procedure are allocated at three levels, Executives, Operations and Drivers
- Legal framework matches the procedure to the legal requirements it is designed to meet
- Training will explain who needs to be trained and what training is required
- Assurance gives you a list of points that you can check on to audit implementation of this procedure. It’s a great starting point for executive due diligence.

After your payment is processed click on the purple DOWNLOAD button. Your purchased documents will appear in the downloads folder on your computer as a zip file.
You will get all the documents listed on the website in your module downloaded in word so they are fully editable. Each package comes with an implementation plan which is a checklist of everything you need to do to implement the procedures in your workplace.
As long as you tailor the documents to suit your operations and have evidence of implementation, you should pass the audit. If not, give us a call and we will sort out the gaps.
CoR Comply is actively involved in helping the industry have better advice and guidance on how to comply with the Heavy Vehicle National Law through participation in industry working groups and forums to update the Registered Industry Master Code through the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator. We are also on the technical panel for the Body of Knowledge for Health and Safety Professional through the Australian Institute of Health and Safety.
The only variations are around the type of freight you move and vehicles you use. We can help you with that content if you need it as part of your implementation support.
There’s no catch. Some other businesses are charging too much or making this more complicated than it needs to be. We are conscious of the margins and cost pressures on transport businesses and have kept the cost affordable.
