Our CoR Policy demonstrates your commitment to safe and complaint transport activities. The Policy sets some aspirational goals and the actions you can put in place to achieve them and in doing so, ensuring the safety of your transport activities.
To help you implement the actions you commit to in the Policy, you’ll also receive a bonus management report template with data your business generates that will show if your approach is achieving the goals you’ve committed to.
Your CoR Policy will be the overarching statement of commitment describing how your business will fulfil its primary duty owed by parties in the chain of responsibility and executive due diligence. The Policy then explains how this will be achieved, setting some aspirational goals and how they will be actioned. These are the actions that will ensure the safety of your transport activities.
The Policy comes with a Management Report template with suggested data fields to report on. This provides visibility of the progress the business makes towards achieving its goals, the effectiveness of risk controls and due diligence oversight for executives.
