CoR Compliance Support for Major Infrastructure Project

Our client was a key partner in the joint venture of tier-one construction companies awarded one of Victoria’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. They engaged CoR Comply for expert support with CoR compliance at corporate and site level through delivery of two projects:

We reviewed the existing CoR systems and procedures and provided our findings and recommendations in a gap analysis report. Following presentation of the report to management, the engagement extended to redrafting the internal procedures to better reflect the primary duty obligations. Training needs across the business were analysed, informing a training plan to embed awareness and competency at all levels and sites.

In partnership with Consolidated Plant Services, we developed and implemented a bespoke program of heavy vehicle inspections across active worksites. The findings from these inspections were presented in a live dashboard, featuring clear risk ratings for any identified issues and a practical action plan for management to implement corrective measures.

Our work provided critical oversight and assurance to the project’s leadership. All findings, risk ratings, and action plans were reported directly to the Project Steering Committee, which was composed of the Executive General Managers from the three tier-one companies that formed the joint venture.
